Ensuring you get a good return on investment on your benefits spend and meeting your HR requirements.
We will help you to review and create your benefit strategy so you can use it to attract, retain and engage the workforce that you have now and need in the future and also support you with a range of HR issues you face in the day to day running of your business.
You'll get our help to review your existing benefits and HR services strategy and reach a realistic assessment of your likely needs. For example:
- What do you already provide and is it working for you and your employees?
- Who has designed your current strategy?
- Have you spoken to employees recently to understand their needs, perhaps through staff surveys?
- Do you know what other similar companies in your industry offer?
- Are you getting the most from your benefit spend?
You'll need to set aside some time to talk to us – and depending on your instructions we will carry out a needs analysis based on your current situation and take into account any specific plans and/or targets you may have. We will then be in a position to advise you on a range of benefit and HR issues from your Total Reward strategy to support with your payroll to an absence management programme. This will all be followed up with regular reviews.
You will receive professional advice about where your arrangements are already good, and where they're inadequate (or not covered at all).
You'll also have our help to decide how much more you need to do to implement an effective Total Reward or HR strategy, and the order of priority to ensure you hit your objectives.
In almost all cases we are able to make arrangements which clients would be unable to make for themselves. All our proposals will be fully explained and costed so that you'll know exactly what and why before you agree to anything.
